Billing Terms Version: July 2026, LiZug LLC. Last Updated: July 16, 2026. Effective: July 16, 2026.
LiZug is free to join and free to take the compatibility assessment. There are no subscription fees and no membership fees. You are only charged when you choose to unlock a report, at one of the following prices.
INDIVIDUAL REPORT A one-time fee of $59 unlocks your individual compatibility report.
SHIDDUCH CHECK, PAY TOGETHER A one-time fee of $99 per couple, or $89 per couple when invited through a shadchan or matchmaking platform referral, covers both partners' reports and the joint compatibility report.
SHIDDUCH CHECK, PAY SEPARATELY Each partner may instead pay their own share: $59 per partner standard ($118 total), or $49 per partner when invited through a shadchan or matchmaking platform referral ($98 total).
MARRIED COUPLES REPORT A one-time fee of $99 per couple.
PARTNER-INVITE FLOW If you already have a completed LiZug assessment and invite a partner to a joint compatibility report, you are not charged again. Your partner pays a one-time fee of $59.
NO OTHER FEES LiZug does not charge a success fee, engagement fee, or any fee tied to a relationship outcome, and does not pay or receive referral commissions.
REFUNDS Any of the fees above is refundable in full if a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where the report failed to generate, was missing a paid section, or contained a scoring error.
PAYMENT PROCESSING Payments are processed securely through Stripe. LiZug does not store card information. Your card statement may show this charge under Stripe or an affiliated payment processing entity name; this does not affect your rights under these Billing Terms.
TAX RESPONSIBILITY Users are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on amounts paid to LiZug, if any.
CHANGES TO PRICING LiZug may change prices prospectively. A price change does not affect a fee already paid.
